Waterfall Tour

Hike

At only a 1/2 mile long, the Sand Point Marsh Trail is ideal for beginners and it features a boardwalk which guides you through a wondrous wetland ecosystem of swamps, spruces, and lagoons. The less-than-seven-mile hike to Chapel Rock and Beach is a bit more advanced, but the hike pays off with a beautiful end point where you can observe an interesting formation in the rock ledge which exposes the underground root system of a tree. For a more in-depth hiking experience, take a ferry over to Grand Island and explore its extensive network of trails.
