“We bought a used fifth wheel from them as is/no warranty and drove it an hour home. When we tried to unhitch it from our truck, we realized the landing gear was completely trashed. We called our salesman, Mike C. and explained our situation. He was very helpful and put a service tech on the phone to help diagnose the problem. Once it was realized that this was not an easy fix, he told us to bring the camper back to them and they would fix it no charge, and deliver it back to us when it was done. We dropped it off at 4 and got a phone call at 7 saying they found all the parts from other dealers across Grand Rapids and they would be able to deliver it the next day. We got home from work the next day, and our camper was completely set up in our driveway with brand new landing gear. Great customer service!”
